My right that I chose is the right Of Privacy.
My right exists because if people didn't have privacy then police officers could pull you over and check your vehicles or break into your home and search your house without a reason or a warrant from a judge. Also, it allows people to live the way they want to live without it effecting how people view and think of them.
what it means to exercise my right is that the government can't search or seize my property without due process of law. Also, there is FERPA which stands foe Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and it protects the privacy of student education records
If a government official has a warrant or probable cause to search or seize my property then i can't stop them from doing so without punishment.
Those limitations exist so the government can keep America and the people within America safe.
If I had to give up my right I would want reassurance that no government official will search or seize my property without a reason to.
